Wedding Wednesday: The Miller Wedding

The Miller Wedding | August 20, 2016 | Photography by: Pat Cori Photography

Taylor Justis and Josh Miller first met in college thanks to a mutual friend (who would later serve as Taylor's maid of honor). While they are complete opposites in every way, Josh swears it was love at first sight for him, and Taylor agrees they couldn't be more perfect for each other. While on vacation with Taylor's family at Ocean Isle Beach in North Carolina, Josh and Taylor joined her brother and his girlfriend for a walk along the beach. It was there Taylor saw a large group of people - soon discovered to be her family - on the beach with a huge sign that read "Will U Marry Me?"

Taylor's favorite wedding day memory is having her friends and family in the same room as it will most likely not happen again. They all worked hard to plan the wedding and make sure guests would enjoy themselves. With wedding colors of ivory, gold, blush and navy, guests enjoyed a photo booth with props where they could take home a strip of photos while the newlyweds got a second strip for their memory book. Their DJ played "Enter Sandman" for Josh and many other Virginia Tech graduates. Taylor says one unique thing about their day was that the families had not met prior to the day, and it was great for them to finally meet as they are all so important to the couple.
